Webtiger
Via our Webtiger app & online platform you can access the Mystery Guest checklists, forward them by email/WhatsApp and have everything in one overview. You can also view the statistics dashboard through our online platform. On the dashboard, you can check the statistics of the Mystery Guest visits of the past 12 months. In addition, you also get insights into "Your Opinion Matters". We are actively working on further developments within Webtiger.
Horeca Highschool
Our online learning platform covers everything from the guest welcome/reception to departure in 12 videos. After watching the videos, the employees take a final test, which we then review. Upon passing this final test, the employee will receive the Horeca Highschool certificate! Horeca Highschool is perfect for both current and new employees.
